Agents don't fail because nobody measured them. They fail because nobody owned them.

Most companies now have AI running somewhere in the business. Far fewer can say who checks its work, how often it's right, or what it costs when it isn't. We help you answer those three questions — and design the roles that keep them answered.

The work didn't disappear. It went unassigned.

When a team brings in AI, the routine work goes first — the drafting, the matching, the first pass. What tends to get missed is that somebody used to catch the mistakes in that work as a by-product of doing it. Once the doing is automated, the catching quietly stops being anyone's job.

That's usually invisible until something reaches a customer, a filing, or the books. It isn't an argument against using agents — it's an argument for deciding, on purpose, who owns the parts they get wrong.

How it starts

Free

Agent accuracy scan

A short conversation about which agents you have running, what they touch, and who reviews their output. You leave with a clear picture of where accuracy is currently nobody's job.

We review 20 real outputs

Send us twenty things your agents actually produced. We check them against your own rules and show you what we find — including if we find nothing. It costs you an email and about an hour of our time.

Paid engagement

Discovery sprint

We measure how often your agents are actually right, work out what that costs when they aren't, and map which roles need to own it. You get a number you can act on instead of an impression.

We work on the agents you already have, whoever built them. Nothing here requires replacing them, and a finding never recommends buying ours.

This is not a headcount tool

We assess roles, never individuals. Nothing we produce ranks your people or names anyone as surplus, and where a role changes shape we will not describe that change without also naming what the person moves into and how they get there.

Everything we deliver is a recommendation for you to weigh with your own legal, HR, and compliance advisers — not a determination, and not employment advice. We decline engagements whose goal is reducing headcount.

We're working with a small number of companies ahead of a wider launch. If you have agents running and no clear answer on who owns their mistakes, we'd like to talk.
